Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how PhatCode LLC ("PhatCode," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our websites, apps, and services, including PicklePulse, DashAwayAI, and the P2Code service (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to provide and improve our Services:
- Account information. When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and authentication details. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information from those providers as permitted by you.
- Content you create. Information you enter into our apps — such as preferences, saved itineraries, scores, or other content — so we can deliver the features you use.
- Usage and device information. Basic technical data such as device type, operating system, app version, general usage activity, and crash or performance logs to keep our apps reliable.
- Location information. Some features (for example, travel planning in DashAwayAI) may use your approximate or precise location, but only with your permission. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
- Communications. If you contact us for support, we keep your message and contact details so we can respond.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain our Services;
- To create and manage your account and authenticate sign-in;
- To personalize features and generate content you request (such as AI-powered itineraries);
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account;
- To monitor, troubleshoot, secure, and improve our Services;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. AI-Powered Features
Some of our apps use third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate content (for example, travel itineraries). When you use these features, the inputs you provide may be sent to our AI provider solely to generate a response for you. We do not use your personal information to train third-party AI models, and we share only what is necessary to deliver the feature.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate our Services, which may process limited data on our behalf. These include:
- Authentication and database providers (for sign-in, account storage, and app data);
- Hosting and infrastructure providers;
- AI and mapping providers used to power specific app features;
- Apple and Google, who process app purchases, subscriptions, and platform sign-in.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy and security commitments. Purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by those platforms' policies.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with the service providers described above who help us operate the Services; when required by law or to protect our legal rights; or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), in which case we will notify you.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@phatcode.dev.
- Account deletion. Many of our apps offer in-app account deletion in your profile settings. You may also email us to request deletion of your account and data.
- Location and notifications. You can control location and push-notification permissions in your device settings at any time.
- U.S. and EU residents. We honor applicable rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and continuously improve our security practices.
10. International Users
We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using our Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to facilities outside your country of residence.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
